    Shipping dates for custom orders typically range from 15 to 20 days. A video of your completed jewelry will be sent for approval before it is shipped. 

    Loose stones can be expected to ship within 7-10 business days due to handling and quality control inspections.

    Return information

    When you design a custom piece of jewelry through our shop, you will receive a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects only. Stone replacement is not covered with the standard warranty. Normal wear and tear, physical damage, loss or theft is not covered. We HIGHLY recommend an additional warranty and insurance policy, for which we have provided information in the menu bar at the top of the page.

    Because every piece of jewelry is custom-crafted when ordered, we do not accept returns. If a warranty issue cannot be repaired, the piece will be replaced with a piece of the same or higher quality.

    Main Stone: Shared Prong, Color DEF, Clarity VS, Certified

    Chain: Please Specify 16", 18" or 20" chain in the notes. 16" will be included if no specifications are listed. Chain gold will match the setting.

    Item details are the minimum specifications that will be used when building this piece.

    Unless otherwise noted, stones less than 1ct will not be individually certified.


    1. Availability & Customization

    Settings in the Ring Builder are priced as a semi-mount setting ONLY - center stone is NOT included!

    Each setting is available for custom order with the ability to make your own personal adjustments. Once your order is secured, a CAD drawing will be sent for approval within 24-48 hours.

    2. Complete Ring or Semi-Mount

    Once you have selected the setting you want, you can choose the main stone that is perfect for you.

    If you have a stone of your own that you are planning to have set, simply order the semi-mount and send us the details on your stone so we can build the ring for a perfect stone fit!

    3. In-Hand Timeframe

    Once your order is complete and all details are confirmed, you will receive your jewelry in roughly 3 weeks.

    Loose stones can be expected in-hand in less than 2 weeks due to quality control inspections and shipping.
